Actually, I hate how the background came out!!!>.< (if that abomination can be called a background =.= )
Anyway, I think the oc is really cute, so I had fun drawing her...
I did the pic kind of dark... but since she doean't actually have a fixed personality, I think it could be a good way of showing a different side of her ^^ (yeah, I think that sounds like a lame excuse XD)

This is so COOL! *O* I love the steam-punkish feel..,and the background's really good, I don't think it looks bad at all, the stars add a finishing touch
